These terms describe direct theme purchases from PRO WEBDEV SOLUTIONS LLC, trading as ProWebDevSolutions. Marketplace purchases follow that marketplace’s purchase and support procedures.
Your purchase
Vendrest is a one-time digital purchase, without a subscription or automatic renewal. The price and any applicable tax appear before payment. The package contains the Vendrest WordPress theme and companion plugin, installation guide, readable source, supplied demo assets and component license notices.
Hosting, a domain, custom development and vending-machine hardware or services are separate. Review the product requirements and live demo before buying.
Download and delivery
Your download becomes available after payment is confirmed. We also send a private download link to your purchase email. The email link expires after seven days; save the archive after downloading. If you need a replacement link, contact us from the purchase email with your order reference. We verify ownership before issuing a new link.
Support and updates
Your purchase includes 12 months of email support for installation questions and reproducible defects in the supplied theme and companion plugin. Our initial response time is within two business days. Hosting, migration, customization, third-party plugins and ongoing site management are separate services.
You can request maintenance releases made available for Vendrest during those 12 months. This does not promise new features, a fixed release schedule or perpetual compatibility with future third-party software. The component licenses continue to apply after the support period ends.
Refunds
We accept refund requests made within 14 days of purchase, including accidental purchases. Email hello@prowebdevsolutions.com from your purchase email with the order reference. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
A full refund ends access to our private download service for that order. Component license rights are governed by the licenses supplied with the files.
Licenses and demo content
Original theme and companion code use GPL-2.0-or-later. Fonts use OFL 1.1. GSAP and ScrollTrigger retain their separate Standard License. Your purchase does not replace or restrict the rights granted by those component licenses. The complete bundle is not represented as entirely proprietary or entirely GPL.
Development used substantial AI assistance. Equipment and lifestyle imagery is AI-generated and fictional. Demo names, specifications and business copy are examples to replace with verified information. No vending hardware connection, AI recognition service or manufacturer endorsement is included.
