What the store records

We record your purchase email, purchased release, payment and order identifiers, amount, currency, payment status and purchase time. We use these records to deliver files, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, prevent unauthorized downloads and maintain transaction records.

If you contact support, we also receive the information you provide in that conversation. Please avoid sending passwords, full card details or unnecessary personal information.

Payments, hosting and email

Stripe hosts payment entry and processes payment information. Our store does not receive full card numbers or card security codes. Hostinger hosts the website and private order database. Email services deliver purchase messages. These providers process the information needed for their services.

Placing an order does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages.

Cookies and private links

The download return page uses a necessary session cookie to keep the payment-session identifier out of the visible URL. Private download links act as credentials: keep them private. Hosting services may keep ordinary access and security logs.

Retention and requests

Order and support records are retained for fulfillment, support, dispute handling and applicable accounting requirements. You can request access, corrections or deletion by emailing hello@prowebdevsolutions.com. We verify identity and purchase ownership before disclosing or changing information. Records needed for accounting or unresolved disputes may be retained.
