A complex process had to feel calm, clear, and human.
Families may arrive with an immediate need, a hospice preplanning situation, or a specific task such as locating a cemetery plot, memorial marker, or obituary. The product has to support different levels of urgency without overwhelming people or making a deeply personal journey feel transactional.
The service map became a guided care journey.
We organized the evolving platform around plain-language service choices, step-by-step arrangements, provider discovery, helpful resources, memorial search, and clear support access. Warm visual cues and repeated next steps keep the interface reassuring while still carrying substantial operational depth.
