CodeStrike is a local source editor for browsing a folder, editing a UTF-8 file, searching a workspace, and running explicit Rust project commands. Its current Windows editor keeps one active file and makes saving and command output part of the same workspace.

What you
can do.

Find the line you need

Browse a local folder or use literal and regular-expression workspace search to open the file you want to change.

Save with changes in mind

Check for changes on disk before saving, keep a recovery snapshot after edits, and use Undo and Redo while working.

Run a deliberate check

Start Cargo Check, Build, or Test yourself and review the command, working directory, and output in the editor.

In the toolkit.

Windows source preview

CodeStrike's default Windows editor is an engineering preview available as source, without an installer. It is a focused editor at this stage; full IDE features, accessibility, and release packaging remain in development.
