HOW WE APPROACH IT

A first release with a reason to exist.

Inside the process
01

Choose the problem the first release will solve.

An early product does not need every feature in the roadmap. It needs a clear audience, a useful task, and a way to learn whether the experience is helping. We turn the idea into a focused brief with explicit assumptions and constraints.

02

Give the core journey enough depth.

We map the first meaningful action and the steps around it. Onboarding, navigation, task completion, and recovery states are designed together so the release feels intentional rather than a collection of disconnected screens.

03

Review the product before committing to the whole build.

Wireframes and prototypes make tradeoffs visible. They give founders, stakeholders, and developers a shared reference for feedback and help distinguish launch requirements from promising later ideas.

04

Make the next version possible.

A small first release can still have a coherent interface system and a sensible technical direction. We prepare the design and scope for implementation, with room for the product to change as you learn from its users.
